1. Overview

At Wujoud, we take pride in crafting premium perfumes and providing exceptional fragrance experiences.
This Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or cancellations may be requested.
By purchasing from Wujoud or booking our services, you agree to the terms set out below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.

  • The product was purchased directly through wujoud.me.

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume products cannot be refunded.

  • Refund eligibility for customized or personalized items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Refund Process and Timeline

To request a refund, contact our team at info@wujoud.me with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or error by Wujoud.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Personalized perfume blends or made-to-order products.

  • Event bookings canceled after the specified deadline.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted purchases.

  • Services already rendered (e.g., consultations or custom scent design sessions).


5. Cancellation by the Client

For event or service bookings:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee or receive partial credit.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event.

For product orders:

  • Cancellations must be requested before shipment. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return per section 2.


6. Cancellation by the Company

Wujoud reserves the right to cancel orders or events under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or production issues.

  • Suspected fraudulent or invalid transactions.

  • Unforeseen operational challenges.

In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or choose an alternative product.


7. Exchange or Rescheduling Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or damaged item.

  • You request an exchange within 7 days of delivery and the item is unused.

Event or service bookings may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
Subsequent changes may incur an administrative fee.


8. Late or No-Show Policy

For events or scheduled services:

  • Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in reduced session time without compensation.

  • No-shows without prior notice are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
    Please contact us in advance to reschedule or notify of any delays.


9. Force Majeure and Unexpected Events

In the event of circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions—Wujoud may postpone, cancel, or modify events or deliveries.
Clients will be notified promptly and offered:

  • A rescheduled date,

  • Store credit, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
